Ce vin est en train de devenir un vrai vin de printemps. Il se marie tr\u00e8s bien avec les premiers l\u00e9gumes qui sortent maintenant de terre.<br \/>\nCe blanc bourguignon riche s&rsquo;accommode bien des ar\u00f4mes frais et d\u00e9licats de la m\u00e2che et des notes fra\u00eeches et \u00e2pres du pissenlit. Sa structure dense et son go\u00fbt plein donnent imm\u00e9diatement envie d&rsquo;en reprendre.
